BIM building is located at Che Gong Zhuang street in Beijing ,which is one part of CADG(China Architecture Design Group). It has 4117㎡ of site and 31920 ㎡ of total building’s proportion, the part of ground is 16300㎡. There are multi-floors residential buildings in the north and west, and Guo Yi hotel in the east. Therefore, the contradiction between yield caused by sunshine and building proportion is the starting point of design. This project investigates a method based on reasonable analysis,by which we shape space after meeting requirement of conditions. Here, form comes after logical operating, architecture comes back its nature. All of that conform the rigorous and responsibility of CADG ,as the biggest architecture design group in China.
