Northeast Dianli University’s new campus locates in Jilin Province. This project includes  teaching buildings, laboratories, library, gymnasium and students’ dormitory. Considering the limitation of teaching building’s scale and local climate, in the plan, we assemble the teaching building groups together, breaking the isolation of different departments and increasing the contact of the teaching building groups as much as  possible. A linear public space is designed as a platform to connect art gallery, library, departments’ laboratories and other teaching buildings as a whole. It offers public spaces at intersections promoting students’ communication while ensures the each biuldings’ independence. Furthermore, the centralized arrangement of public classrooms shortens the distances between the teaching buildings, mostly raising the efficiency.
