The No.3 Zone Project locates on the south of the intersection where Beiyuan Road and Xiaoying Road North meet, and every facades are important. The building is designed as a rectangle as fundamental form, which makes the building has a long face to street, ordinary bay and depth and compact layout, which can suit  variety of business settings. The project is defined as business entertainment complex, with supermarket, shopping mall, boutique sale, catering, entertainment, fitness, and other multiple functions. Besides, the project is based on the commercial value of the various interfaces of different orientation to set the corresponding functions. The major commercial route runs through north to south, which can maximum lead business opportunities. At the same time sinking plaza at the south of the building is connected to the supermarket. The building itself has an indoor atrium and an outdoor roof-courtyard, which makes the green system has rich layers and various forms. At the entrance and other parts, some detail components are designed as eye catcher. The through High-steel structure cantilevered glass swimming pool of the 5 and 6 floor is the key of the whole building, and the unique visual highlights of the region.
