The Project Haihe River New World is located on the northeast of the intersection where northeast of Xinkai Road and Huanchang Road meet, in Hedong-District inTianjin, which has a very excellent location. According to the area character and urban environment, the project layout is full of activity. The north and south side and the middle entrance keep their balance and break the rigid commercial space. The north end node, the beginning of the project, through a concave step emphasizes the direction of route and forms the entrance space. The south end node is the conversion and connection point of commercial space and visual space, and provides a large area of outdoor rest space on the second floor. The entrance plaza in the middle is the key of the project. The strong inward-gathering space has provided a wonderful meeting room for the community. The overall shape of the building is like an ocean ship which is loaded full of goods, represents the concept and theme of “Haihe River New World " of this city, and shows an architectural concept which is full of strength and youthful spirit.
