Zhongguancun International Mall is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Beijing Badaling Expressway and the Beiqing Road. A number of bus routes pass through and a light railway will be built later. With the convenient transportation, the extreme large multi-functional shopping center set dining, leisure, entertainment, tourism and service in one. The building about 360 meters long and with depth maximum at about 108 meters, contains one-floor basement, three floors above ground and with a partial fourth floors. The first and second floor are used as shopping malls, supermarkets and Restaurants, a cinema with ten Halls is on the third floor. Basement, ground, the third floor and roof are equipped with parking with a total of about 2292 seats. The internal Traffic system consist of 11 passenger elevators, 38 escalators, 46 escape stair and four Cargo Lift, besides with 12 toilets, convenient and comfortable to use. This mall is so far Asia's largest "one-stop" shopping center. The architectural modeling is abounding, with busy business environment. The main commercial entrance adopts duplicate elements and shows a strong sense of identity, besides the smooth facades are modern and steady. The use of decorative curtain walls have not only increased the advertising layouts flexibility, but also made the building itself a shining pearl at night of countryside, with its external lightings. A Four- storey Strip-form sharing space runs throughout the entire building, and is divided in different colors, which not only brings plenty of lighting and comfortable space for the commercial room, but also acts as a natural guidance for passengers.
