Yemen National Grand Library is located in central area of new-planned central government office district in Sanaa city- the capital of republic of Yemen. The site of this project is wide and takes a form of irregular polygon. The building units embrace each others and make a group instead of emphasizing a single building in the design. More holistic facades which lie in the outline of the hexagon achieve a talk with surroundings in many ways to make the national grand library become the landmark of central government office district without bringing any oppressive atmosphere to other buildings around.
