The project is located at the cross of Jinsui Road and Haiju Road, in Zhujiang New City in Guangzhou . The project includes high-rise residences, clubs and public services. Zhujiang Park on the southeast of the site forms a natural green barrier with the 45m wide urban green space on the east of the site.

he site plan accounts for the impacts upon urban spaces and outward-facing. Blocks take maximum advantage of the views towards Zhujiang Park. Such layout enables a high ratio of optimum view building elevations. By using an ‘L’ shaped site plan with the relative location of Zhujiang Park in mind, the three buildings are tilted by a maximum angle of 45 degree to face the southeast direction towards the park; the rows of buildings are also staggered to ensure all-round views for each apartment unit without visual barriers for the south facing rooms. Meanwhile the super high-rise buildings containing larger apartments are brought to front before the high-rise blocks of medium to small apartments, in order to provide the estate’s best possible views for the higher graded apartments.
