Changchun Vanke Yangpu Gardent Estate Project 1 locates at the east of  Yangpu Road, in Changchun, with the site area about 89678  m² and the floor area 42000 m².

To advance the quality of the project, we focus on building a pleasing local environment and figuring a arresting interface to the city. The facades to the street vary lively in different height buildings. In addition, appropriate use of the permeation, recession, open, close, bay-window and common window, makes each side with different sight and the buildings full of vitality.The ring road of the community is laid around the site. The park is set beside the roads collectively, avoiding the cars’ disruption to the main greenbelt which serves as the main public open space for resident. With the ring road, the car parks can be set in the area with no impact to landscape. The people’s line of sight out of the community is isolated by the grass slope, so the parks neither impact the urban image nor interrupt the walking path in the community. In the main green space, children space, elder space, colorful squares and water place were planned, so the beautiful green space has become an not only ornamental but also available landscape. Different buildings are designed in different ways upon the type and environment, while the buildings are also considered as a whole with pithy and vivid modern feelings and quietly elegant traditional style. The buildings in the community keep the vision continuity and the oneness of inherent character with the variety height and outlines.
