The project locates in the Central Business District of New Town, eastern part of Ningbo. As the project clients are two different  companies, the construction is made up from two 100-meter high-rise office and a 16-meter high annex. The use functions include  private office, business office, support services functions and the commercial street. The Program begins from the urban planning forms. A rational building boundary can create a relatively ordinary external interface.  Internally through the two inside Squares of east and west side, an active interior space is created, and across construction of enlarging the two entrance space, a "city living room"  is formed which responds to the urban space.  In accordance with the professional features of the clients, the building facades use the construction language and give a suitable suggestion. On the building facade of the Administration of Industry and Commerce, the vertical strip windows creates a barcode intention;  meanwhile, on the building facade of Administration of Transportation, through transition and combination of the vertical  structure, the design intention of roads and circulation is suggested. The unified image of the whole building uses the same  construction language.The Landscape design takes the two internal squares as the core, which consists of grass, bamboo, wood and hard surfacing materials,  combined with partial overhead building space and roof greening form a "three- dimensional green system" to create a pleasant  landscape environment.
